90 Days!
Now hear this… I am going to be a daddy in three months!
It is now June and in 90 days I will be a father.
90 days!
It’s so unbelievable! Now the hard work begins. Getting the baby’s room ready and getting myself ready (Here I come New Daddy Boot Camp!) The hardest part of all is not knowing if the baby is a boy or a girl. We waited this long, so I guess 90 days won’t be too long.
Today was Dayle’s last day at work. She is due in five weeks. She did share her last bit of advice for me which is always helpful. Unfortunately she couldn’t share any tips on how to help Kandis deal with the upcoming summer heat. I have some ideas on how to keep her and the baby comfortable.
We just need to remember that it will be for less than 90 days and we both can make it if we work together. Kandis has admitted that she has been "a little" cranky recently. I understand the whole hormones thing. It's weird watching her emotions go up and down (and up and down), but I've read a lot and I'm prepared. Although I have to catch myself sometimes by staying "somewhat" calm. But it's only for 90 days!
After waiting years for this miracle, 90 days will be like a drop in the bucket.
And soon, a baby will be here and I will be a daddy!
